Chef Andrew Franco is a Central New York native and a graduate of Paul Smith's College Culinary Arts Program. Chef Andrew has worked in numerous fine dining restaurants in the Central New York area.
Oswego native Aaron Stark has honed his culinary skills up & down the East Coast. We are excited to have him bring those skills to our BiLo Foods stores. Aaron will be offering a wide variety of Chef Prepared foods available to you everyday.
